5-23-14 arson suspect bound over for trial

A North Fond du Lac man charged in connection with a Fond du Lac apartment  arson fire has been bound over for trial.  Probable cause was found at a preliminary hearing Thursday afternoon for Laney Amons.  Amons pleaded not guilty to charges of arson, burglary and criminal damage to property.  Assistant police chief Steve Klein says Amons is accused of setting fire to the Home Town Harbor apartment complex on North Seymour Street May 2nd.
