5-27-14 fdl county highway projects underway

Highway construction season is in full swing in Fond du Lac County.  Highway Commissioner Tom Jahnke says work is underway on two projects in the western half of the county.  "We're now on the west side of the county pulverizing and grading county highway TC from Brandon to state highway 26.  We finished up grading a portion of county highway T from highway 26 to highway C,"  Jahnke told WFDL news.  Jahnke says paving work is also planned for the eastern half of Fond du Lac County.  "Highway G from St. Cloud's north limits to WH, near Wolf Lake and we're also looking at highway WW between Mt. Calvary and Calvary Station."   Work is also ongoing on a new highway garage in Campbellsport.
