A UW Madison entomologist says its that time of year…deer
ticks are starting to emerge as the temperatures warm up. Professor
Susan Paskewitz says she has seen a lot ticks in recent days and weeks. Paskewitz says the early indications are that the bitter
cold winter did not have a significant impact on the tick population. Paskewitz was a guest on AM 1170 WFDL's Between the Lines program.
