WAUPACA, Wis. (AP) A teenager accused of setting a pair of fires in New London is charged with attempted homicide and arson. Two people were injured and six others were displaced from their apartments above the Copper Shot bar when fire broke out Tuesday. Authorities say 19-year-old Justin McLamarrah told them the fire was payback for an unpaid drug debt. A man and woman were injured when they jumped from their second-story apartment. A criminal complaint says McLamarrah poured gasoline on a playground outside New London High School a short time later and lit it on fire. Bond was set at $200,000 in Waupaca County Circuit Court Thursday. McLamarrah appeared without an attorney.
