A Democratic candidate for Wisconsin Lieutenant governor says jobs are the number one issue in the race.
Senator John Lehman of Racine says he made the decision to run last fall after meeting with Democratic gubernatorial
candidate Mary Burke. Lehman says the governor has fallen well short of his
promise to create 250,000 jobs in his first term. Lehman is also critical of the governor for turning down
federal money
to expand Medicaid.
