guidelines for healthier lunch options.
The Fond du Lac School Board is making changes to meet the guidelines that require a certain number of servings of fruit and vegetables. Superintendent Dr. Jim Sebert says the high school store
most offer 50 percent healthy snack choices. Childhood obesity has been targeted as a concern by the Fond
du Lac County Health Asssessment Needs Task Force.
