It’s a gorgeous weekend for the Farmer’s market in Fond du
Lac. Downtown Fond du Lac Partnership marketing director Sadie Parafinuik says this is the third
weekend for the market this spring. She says the long, cold winter pushed things back this year, but says many early season vegetables are available. "We have quite a few vendors who utilize hoop houses and heat them with gas or wood so a lot of them still have potatoes, turnips, lettuce, spinach, onions, and rhubarb is in," Parafinuik said. The market is open for business Saturday in the parking lot at the intersection of Linden Street and Western Avenue.
