and placed Brittnay Burdick on three years probation and a
conditional five months in the county jail with Huber privileges. Burdick was also ordered to pay Curves for Women more than
$5000 in restitution and another $5000 to the insurance
company. Burdick earlier pleaded no contest to one count of
forgery. Six other charges of forgery and theft were dismissed and read into the
record. Authorities say she stole membership dues while working in a
bookkeeping role at the center.
