5-14-14 soldier from kiel dies

KIEL, Wis. (AP) — A Kiel native who was serving in the Army in Kosovo has died. Scott Ruh says his 33-year-old daughter Sgt. Heidi Ruh died Friday. Ruh says officers offered few details. Joe Garvey, a spokesman with U.S. Army Europe, says her cause of death and circumstances are still under investigation. Besides her parents, Ruh is also survived by two sons, ages 8 and 11.
