5-13-14 driver may have fallen asleep before hwy 151 crash

Investigators say the driver of a car that veered across the center line and collided with a vehicle on the  Highway 151 Bypass Monday may have fallen asleep at the wheel .  Sheriff’s captain Rick Olig says the crash  happened around 7am Monday when a southbound car veered into the oncoming lane of traffic on 151 north of  Highway K south of Golf Course Drive.   The operator of the car received what were described as minor shoulder injuries.
