Kaye Street from Eleventh Street to Thirteenth Street
Schedule: April 22, 2013 to June 2013Description:     The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street,  and lighting. The street will be widened to the 32-foot City standard.
July 8 to July 12: The landscaping contractor will periodically water restoration areas.
Traffic Impacts: Kaye Street is open to traffic. Traffic may be temporarily restricted while crews are at  work.
Fourteenth Street from South Marr Street to South Park AvenueSchedule: May 2013 to September 2013
Description: The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting. The street will be widened to the 32-foot City standard.
July 8 to July 12: The excavation subcontractor will continue general excavation and placement of the stone base. The concrete subcontractor will begin setting string line for curb and gutter placement. Curb and gutter placement may occur middle to end of the week.
Traffic Impacts:  Fourteenth Street is closed to through traffic. It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED”  sign or to move any construction barricades. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.  
Grace Avenue from Woodland Avenue to Sunset CircleSchedule: June 2013 to September 2013
Description: The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street,and lighting. The street will be widened to 28-foot.
July 8 to July 12: The utility contractor will continue installation of sanitary laterals and water services.
Traffic Impacts:  Grace Avenue is closed to through traffic. It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties  past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
