MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Governor Scott Walker says activities of protesters at the site of proposed Gogebic Taconite iron ore mine near Lake Superior "has no place in Wisconsin." Walker issued a statement today commenting on the situation at the mine site, which has grown increasingly tense this week when the mining company hired rifle-wielding guards to patrol the site.
