By 3:30 PM on
Wednesday July 10, the intersection of Division St. and National Ave. will be
completely open to traffic. At the same time,
at the intersection of Scott St. at Luco Rd. / National Ave. will be open for
east/west traffic, and to traffic to and from the north. At approximately 8:00
PM, the south approach to the intersection will also be opened to traffic.
