7-10-13 calumet county drowning

HILBERT, Wis. (AP) — Authorities say an 11-year-old boy has drowned while swimming in a Calumet County retention pond. Jacob Meronek was swimming with his younger brother yesterday afternoon in Hilbert when he went under water and disappeared. A dive team later found the boy in about 8 feet of water.
