12-9-13 probable cause found at preliminary hearing in fdl county drug overdose case
A Fond du Lac man charged
in the heroin overdose death of a Fond du Lac County man has been bound over for trial. Probable cause was found at a preliminary hearing Friday for Jason Van Norman of
Fond du lac on reckless homicide charges. Van Norman and Joshua Mulder of Waupun are accused of
supplying the heroin that led to the death of town of Springvale resident Devin
Perry last October. Van Norman remains in jail on $500,000 cash bail.
