12-9-13 milwaukee man bound over for trial in fdl robbery

Bail has been set at $10,000 cash for a Milwaukee man accused of robbing a Fond du Lac man at gunpoint.  Lorenzo Johnson is charged with armed robbery, substantial battery, criminal trespass and theft all as a repeat offender.  A preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 13^th.   According to a criminal complaint on September 18^th Johnson and two other individuals broke into an Empire Building apartment on Forest Avenue wearing hooded sweatshirts and masks.  The victim says he was hit over the head with a gun.  According to the complaint Johnson admitted to holding a gun on the victim while two others went through the apartment stealing a small amount of cash and marijuana.
