LA CROSSE, Wis. (AP) — A blast of Arctic air has arrived, and the National Weather Service issued wind-chill advisories in central Wisconsin up to the northeast corner of the state on Saturday. The weather service has also issued a hazardous-weather outlook for southwest and central Wisconsin. It predicts 4 to 5 inches of fluffy snow accumulating Sunday into the night. That will be followed by wind chills of minus 10 to minus 25 degrees Monday through Wednesday.
