1-8-14 mother arrested for leaving young children in parked car

BELOIT, Wis. (AP) — Beloit police have arrested a mother whose two children were found alone in a cold vehicle in a Wal-Mart parking lot. They say the children were 18 months old and five years old and had been left for about 10 minutes last night. The temperature was minus 12 at the time. The mother faces possible child neglect charges.
