One of two men charged in connection with the discovery of a
meth lab in Fond du Lac has been bound over for trial. Peter Demmerle Jr. appeared in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court this week for a
preliminary hearing. Demmerle pleaded not guilty to charges of delivery of amphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture or store
methamphetamine. Jacob Tynan is also charged in the case. A preliminary hearing for Tynan is scheduled for February 14th. The pair was arrested after Fond du Lac
police discovered the meth lab inside a Lincoln Avenue home earlier
this month.
