A Fond du lac High School student missed the cut after a private
audition for the popular
reality show The Voice. Phillip Johnson was discovered after posting a series of
music videos and later creating a YouTube channel where he posted two
songs a week. Auditions were held Saturday and Sunday in Rosemont,
Illinois and Johnson was called back for a private audition yesterday. The NBC TV show features four musicians who select their teams based on blind
auditions.
