PLYMOUTH, Wis. (AP) — The discovery of a 16-year-old girl wandering in Plymouth has led to two arrests in what police say appears to be a human trafficking case. Deputy Police Chief Christopher Ringel says police were alerted about 2:45 a.m. Monday about a girl who seemed confused. She told officers she was being held against her will. Police identified the home where she allegedly was held and learned there was a Milwaukee man inside who they believed was armed and wanted on a felony warrant. Officers arrived around 7 a.m. Ringel says several people tried to flee before they realized the home was surrounded and retreated back inside. A SWAT team was called in, and the standoff ended with no injuries about 10 a.m. The Milwaukee man was one of two people arrested.
