MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Democratic candidate for governor Mary Burke says Governor Scott Walker's tax cut proposal and agenda he outlined for the coming year doesn't do enough to create jobs in the state. Burke told The Associated Press today that Walker's State of the State address in which he said the state was headed in the right direction was "short on reality and long on political spin."
