The Fond du Lac County Public Health Officer says the flu
season has peaked locally…but its still not too late to get a flu
shot. Public Health Officer Kim Mueller says the predominant flu
strain this season, H1N1, hit people hard with more than a dozen
hospitalizations in Fond du lac. "To date we've had about 14 hospitalizations," Mueller told WFDL news. Mueller says 13 of the 14 people hospitalized had not received a flu vaccine.
