1-21-14 beaver dam gas station robbery

On Sunday January 19, 2014 at approximately 8:27 PM The Dodge County Central Dispatch received a 911 call from a citizen who was at the BP Gas Station located at 1112 Madison St. in the Township of Beaver Dam. The citizen advised that the gas station attendant was just robbed at knife point by an unknown white male. The unknown male fled the scene on foot and took an undisclosed amount of money.  The Beaver Dam Police Department and the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene and within minutes officers had secured the scene. The unknown male had left the gas station on foot. A K9 search of the area was conducted but the unknown male was not located. Evidence at the scene was collected and statements were taken from the witnesses and the victim.  The gas station’s surveillance video was secured and will be processed for evidence.  The unknown male is further described as approximately being in their 20’s about 5’5” to 5’8” tall with a slender build, dressed in all camouflage and a black ski mask.
