1-7-14 cold weather creates problems for people who work outdoors

The frigid weather is creating a challenge for people who work outdoors.  Fond du Lac Public Works Director Jordan Skiff says so far public works crews have been able to deal with the frigid cold.  "We obviously have to be concerned with the cold weather impacting equipment that we use, whether there will be more break downs, things freezing up,"  Skiff told WFDL news.  Skiff says the big concern when the temperature rises after this cold snap is the increased potential for water main breaks..
