A Milwaukee man charged in connection with the heroin
overdose death of a Fond du Lac woman has pleaded not guilty. Roy Whitelow was arraigned Tuesday afternoon in Fond du lac
County Circuit Court on
charges of first degree reckless homicide and manufacture-delivery of heroin. A charge
of battery to a police officer was dismissed. Whitelow is accused of supplying the heroin that led to the
death of Heather Fugate.
