MIDDLETON, Wis. (AP) — Governor Scott Walker says he plans to introduce a package of legislation focusing on economic development next week. Walker said during a question-and-answer period with reporters following a speech he gave today to the Transportation Development Association in Middleton that the bills would improve the state's economy. He said some of the proposals will deal with state technical colleges and helping the disabled find work.
