A Fond du lac judge has dismissed ten charges against a Fond
du lac woman accused of mistreating her ten Labrador puppies. Fond du lac judge Gary Sharpe dismissed ten counts of
failure to provide
proper indoor animal shelter ventilation. The puppies were found in an outdoor tarp covered crate on a hot summer day after police received a complaint from a neighbor. Stacy Checolinski still faces ten misdemeanor counts of
neglecting to provide proper water to confined animals. A trial is scheduled for November 11th.
