Home sales and median prices both grew at a healthy pace in
August continuing the hot real estate market in Wisconsin.The Wisconsin Realtors Association says existing home sales were up 13.7
percent in August compared to a year ago closing out a strong summer for home sales and 26 straight months of sales growth. Marquette University economics professor David Clark says he
expects the strong housing sales to continue. Wisconsin’s median home prices increased 6.3 percentto $152,000 between August
2012 and last month.
