A Wisconsin group is concerned that health insurance rates
in Wisconsin could jump significantly next year if more young people don’t sign up on the new online
federal health insurance exchanges. Citizen Action director Robert Kraig says for the second
report in a row Wisconsin and West Virginia are the top two states with signups skewing
older than the rest of the country. Kraig says the big problem is that Wisconsin is not promoting the open enrollment period like other states. The open enrollment period ends March 31st.
