The National Weather Service says a record will be set this week in Wisconsin for the most number of days below zero. Meteorologist Sarah Marquardt says overnight lows are expected to be below zero into next week. "There's a lot of things that could be happening this week. We're going to be close to record low temperatures and we're moving up in the ranks for the number of consecutive days with snow on the ground," Marquardt told WFDL news. Marquardt says at this point there is no end in sight to the
bitter
cold. The average high temperature for this time of year is 36
degrees.
