A trial date has been set for a Fond du lac woman charged in the shooting death of her husband. Eve Nance is scheduled to go on trial July 14th on charges of first
degree intentional homicide and hiding a corpse. The trial is scheduled to last two weeks. Nance is
charged in the shooting death of her husband Timothy Nance at their 10th Street residence in Fond du Lac last fall.
After killing her husband Nance is accused of placing the body in her car, driving to Milwaukee and dumping the body in a wooded area at the end of a dead
end
street. Police
believe Nance killed her husband because he was having an affair and planned to get a divorce.
