2-14-14 minor-winery

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Wisconsin Assembly has approved a bill that would allow minors to enter a winery alone if they're going to tour the business. Current state law prohibits anyone under 21 from entering or being on the premises of any establishment with a retail alcohol sales license without a parent, guardian or spouse. The bipartisan bill would permit people under the legal drinking age to enter winery banquet and hospitality rooms alone if they're participating in a tour.
