MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Republican Assembly Speaker Robin Vos says passing another voter ID law while Wisconsin's current one is tied up in court will increase the chances that a photo ID requirement will be in place by the 2014 elections. Vos said today that the Legislature could pass another version of the voter ID law that addresses some of the constitutional concerns about the original one.
