11-15-13 redrawing political boundaries

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Democrats in the Wisconsin state Assembly want Republicans to hold a public hearing on a proposal that would create a non-partisan process for the once-a-decade process of drawing political boundaries. Democrats said today that Republicans abused their power in 2011 by drawing lines that protect their legislative majority and creating districts that aren't competitive. Republicans reject the calls for change.
