MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Attorneys have filed motions with the state appeals court on behalf of three unnamed petitioners seeking to stay a secret investigation going on in Milwaukee, Iowa, Dodge, Dane and Columbia counties. The attorneys also have filed a motion to seal their requests. Online court records don't say what the investigation involves. But the filings name a judge and a prosecutor who are involved in an investigation reportedly focused on Gov. Scott Walker's campaign and conservative groups.
