11-18-13 severe weather-wisconsin

MILWAUKEE (AP) — A tornado warning has expired for parts of Kenosha, Racine and Walworth counties — but the storm sweeping through south and southeast Wisconsin has knocked out power to more than 4,000 people.   WE Energies said 3,500 customers were without power on the south side of Milwaukee on Sunday morning, while 600 customers had no power in Sheboygan County.  Much of the area is still under a tornado watch until 4 p.m., as severe weather moves through the Midwest.  The tornado watch includes the Milwaukee and Madison areas.
