A Green Bay man convicted in a Fond du Lac stabbing incident is going to prison.
Fond du Lac judge Peter Grimm has sentenced 25 year old Roger Maldonado to 10 and a half years in prison and 10 years extended supervision. Last fall Maldonado was convicted of reckless injury. He was initially charged with attempted homicide in the October
2012 stabbing at an East 12th Street residence. Police say Maldonado stabbed four people following a heated
argument. Assistant police
chief Steve Klein says its fortunate nobody was killed. Maldonado fled the scene and was arrested a couple of weeks
later in Green Bay.
