2-3-14 fdl couple charged in meth lab case bound over for trial

A Fond du Lac couple accused of running a meth lab out of their Fond du Lac home have been bound over for trial.  Probable cause was found at a preliminary hearing Friday afternoon for Kristi Durr and Chad Tucker.  Both are charged with possession of methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia to manufacture
meth and manufacture-delivery of amphetamine.  Assistant Police Chief Steve Klein says Durr and Tucker are accused of  operating a small meth lab out of their residence at  91 East 3rd Street.   Klein says investigators learned about the operation during their investigation of a meth lab inside a Lincoln Avenue home in early January.  This is the fourth meth lab discovered in Fond du Lac in the last three years.  A lab was found at a Marshall Avenue residence in 2011 and another lab was found at an East 2nd street home in 2012.
