The harsh winter took a toll on January home sales in
Wisconsin. The latest numbers from the Wisconsin Realtors
Association show that existing home sales were down 6.8 percent compared
to January of last year.
Economist David Clark says that doesn’t come as a surprise. Median prices rose 3.2 percent to $126,900 over that same
time frame.
