2-13-14 domestic abuse bill

ADISON, Wis. (AP) — An anti-domestic abuse group is urging legislators to pass a bill that would establish a legal process for seizing firearms from people under restraining orders. Current Wisconsin law requires people subject to domestic violence injunctions to surrender their firearms but doesn't establish a formal process. End Domestic Violence Wisconsin held a news conference today urging Assembly Speaker Robin Vos to schedule a vote next week.
