11-6-13 hallucinating man faces drug charges after caught in waupun area pole shed

An Oneida man allegedly found hallucinating in a pole shed near Waupun has been charged with various drug offenses in Dodge County.  Forty year old Dwyann Moore is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Dodge County Sheriff’s deputies were called to Rens Nursery near Waupun back in September for a report  of a burglary in progress.  Deputies found three adults and a child in the shed.  They told the officers
they were traveling on Highway 151 when they thought they saw a tornado.  Deputies noted there was no severe weather in the area and a search of their vehicle found methamphetamine and prescription medications.
