11-6-13 fdl man charged in halloween beating

A 19 year old Fond du Lac man has been charged in connection with a beating incident over the weekend that seriously injured a Fond du lac man.  Andrew Perrin is charged with substantial battery and disorderly conduct.  He is a free on a $2500 signature bond.  The incident happened at

a Halloween party at a Martin Avenue apartment.  According to a criminal complaint Perrin attacked 20 year old Christopher Browning, punching and kicking him and other people joined in.  Browning later made his way to his parent’s house on Windsor Avenue where he was found on the kitchen floor.  Browning  suffered severe head and internal injuries and was flown to Froedert Hospital in Milwaukee.  He has been released from the hospital.  A preliminary hearing for Perrin is scheduled for December 13^th.    Police say additional arrests are expected.
