11-12-13 dodge county fatal crash update

The driver that died in a minivan versus semi accident in Dodge County Saturday has been identified.  The Dodge County Sheriff’s Department says 61 year old Darilyn Pfeiffer of Reeseville was killed in the crash at the intersection of Highway 26 and County Trunk Q in the Town of Emmett.  The Sheriff’s Department says a minivan driven by Pfeiffer was traveling on Highway Q failed to stop at the stop sign at Highway 26 and was struck by the semi.  The minivan then went into the ditch and started on fire.  Pfeiffer was pronounced dead at the scene.  The 59 year old semi driver from Ontario, Canada was not injured.
