6-7-14 fdl woman convicted of recklessly endangering safety

A sentencing hearing will be scheduled for a former Fond du Lac woman convicted of  recklessly endangering safety for leaving drugs and drug paraphernalia within her child’s reach.  Fond du Lac judge Gary Sharpe ordered a  presentence investigation for 23-year-old Kayla Zache of Juneau.  Several other charges were dismissed and read into record including possession of heroin with intent to deliver and maintaining a drug trafficking place.  According to the criminal complaint, police found heroin and used needles on the coffee table within reach of Zache’s one year old child.
