MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald says he won't run for the congressional seat vacated by longtime Wisconsin Congressman Tom Petri.  Fitzgerald says he won't rule out a run for higher office in the future. But he said he plans to return next session as majority leader.
