A town of Byron man is scheduled to go on trial next month for his seventh
drunken driving offense. A trial is scheduled for May 14th for 52 year old David Hodge. Hodge was arrested in January on Martin Road. His blood alcohol level was .293 percent…more than 14 times the legal limit for someone with four or
