2-13-14 fdl native dies in florida traffic accident
A motorcycle-pickup crash in Florida has claimed the life of a Fond du Lac
native. Staff Sgt. Andrew Koerner was killed when his motorcycle collided with a
pickup truck last weekend on a Florida state highway. The 28 year old Koerner was stationed with the Army 7th Special Forces Group at Eglin Air
Force Base. A 73 year old woman in the pickup also died in the accident. Koerner joined the Army in July 2008.
