4-30-13 fatal fire-sheboygan

SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (AP) — An apartment fire in Sheboygan has turned deadly.  Fire officials say one person who lived on the lower level of the apartment building died in the fire Tuesday morning. The victim was found in the living room of the apartment.  Assistant Chief Vernon Koch says heavy smoke was coming through a window of the apartment when they arrived about 1:40 a.m. Firefighters rescued some residents from the second floor of the 16-unit complex.
