Continued good news on Wisconsin’s housing front. Wisconsin existing home sales increased three percent in March, the 21st
straight month of sales growth. Median prices grew 9.7 percent to $134,900 in March compared
to the same period last year according to statistics released by the
Wisconsin Realtors Association. "Well, I think it says we're out of the housing recession. At least I hope we can say that," WRA president Mike Theo told AM 1170 WFDL's Between the Lines program. Sales during the first quarter were up 10.8 percent and
median prices rose five percent compared to the first quarter of 2012.
